Join the Flock and move your body! We’ll walk, jog, run, wheel, etc. to build and get to know your community.

Our meetups are HYPER low key — I cannot stress this enough 😅 PLUS it’s always better moving with others so come on down for some FREE, drop-in movement and community building.

Partners, friends, kids in strollers, and furry running pals more than welcome!!!

MASKING:

Masks are encouraged but not required. Please stay home if you are experiencing any symptoms of illness!

PARKING:

Shoppers will need to park on either the south side of East Johnson or east side of North Street. Please leave the parking lot spaces to those who have mobility needs!

ACCESSIBILITY:

Please note that there is not yet an accessible ramp into the pop-up space. We will work to figure out a solution moving forward.
